Welcome to Socialssorted.com. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and services. We keep things short and clear — please read them and get in touch if you have questions.
1. What we do
We provide social media management services to help individuals and businesses plan, post, and grow their social profiles.
2. Getting started
To get started you fill out our contact/subscription form and we’ll contact you to set up your plan. You promise to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Our services are sold as a monthly subscription. You pay in advance for each month of service. We use a secure payment processor to handle your card or payment details.
- Billing recurs automatically each month until you cancel.
- We may change prices or plans; we’ll give you notice before we do.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime. To cancel, email hello@socialssorted.com and we’ll stop the recurring payments. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don’t usually offer partial refunds for time not used unless we agree otherwise.
5. What we promise
We will provide the social media services described when you sign up, using reasonable care and skill.
Please note: we can’t guarantee specific results (for example, exact follower counts or engagement rates) because performance depends on many factors outside our control.
6. Your responsibilities
- Don’t ask us to do anything illegal, misleading, or harmful.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content you provide to us (images, text, logos).
- Keep your login and billing details secure.
7. Intellectual property
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, any content or materials we create for you are yours once you’ve paid in full. Our website design, brand, and other Socialssorted-owned materials remain our property.
8. Limitations of liability
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits). Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last three months. This limit applies as far as the law allows.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll post the new version on this page with an updated date. If you’re a paying customer we’ll let you know before any change that affects existing subscriptions.
